I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of future recruitments for a period of 2 years.

Due to the commencement of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) we hereby provide you with this notice on the purposes and means of storing your data within our recruitment processes. Your personal data will be process for the following purposes: a. To perform the obligations arising from legal provisions related to the employment process, in particular, provisions of the Labor Code, as according to art. 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation 2016/679”) processing shall be lawful if it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (i.e. for compliance with the Labor Code). b. To carry out the recruitment process using the data not required by law. The legal basis for such processing is your consent (according to art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation 2016/679) c. To conduct future recruitment processes, if you have provided consent to processing of your data with this purpose. The legal basis for such processing is your consent (according to art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation 2016/679) d. To litigate or pursuit any claims or to protect the Controller against such claims. The legal basis for such protection is article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation 2016/679 - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller. 4. None of the personal data provided by you will be passed to any third parties. 5. Your personal data will be stored until the agreement is terminated or the recruitment process is completed. 6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify or delete the data and limit its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal; 7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, should you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation dated 27 April, 2016. 8. The personal data is being provided by you at your own consent and free will. 9. Your data will not be processed automatically, and neither will be processed for any profiling purposes. 10. Disagreement to provide the personal data will result in impossibility of your participation in the recruitment process.
